Mohamad S Anwer Jan oversees the design and development of all real estate development and construction projects of Crescent Enterprises. Some of his numerous achievements include overseeing the fit-out and design of Crescent House, the Company’s new UAE headquarters, and the design and development of the new commercial building project Crescent Tower, as well as private residence portfolios.

Mohamad has over 16 years of experience in the construction design field with extensive knowledge in aesthetics. An expert in creating effective and innovative design solutions, he has designed several five-star hotels across the UK, UAE, and other Arabian Gulf countries. He has also handled major residential projects in the UK and the UAE from their initial design stage to their final execution and handover.

Mohamad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Honours) in 3D Product Design and Engineering, and a Master of Arts degree in Graphic Communication from Kingston University, UK.
